In order for us to offer expedited service to our thousands of clients USMG has setup a 50000 Square feet printing plant that has decades of experience in printing on our specialized products using machinery specifically designed for our products.

  1. What is the maximum imprint area for standard 1/2" wristbands?

    Adult size: 7 3/4" x 3/8"

    Youth size: 6 3/4" x 3/8"

  2. What is Standard Production time?

    Our Standard Production is 7-10 business days on most orders and another 2-5 business days for Ground Shipping in the United States. We do offer rush production/shipping offers at an additional cost.

  3. How long do Printed Bands typically last?

    Printed Bands are for promotional use only and typically last only 1-2 Months. If you do notice the ink is wearing off, this is only normal. For a longer lasting product, we recommend that you go with the Ink Injected bands.

  4. What is the Maximum amount of Characters allowed on a wristband?

    Our base pricing on our website includes 27 Characters of text only including spaces. If your message goes over that amount there are additional charges depending on the size of the order.

  5. Are there additional costs for logos/clipart?

    We do charge an additional cost for logos/clipart depending on the size of the order and how much of the band it covers.

  6. Are we a Union based Company?

    No we are not part of any Union, but we do produce many of our Products locally in the United States. We do offer both Chinese and U.S. Production at different prices.
